price looks to be more than that offered by a competitor
then please ask us "what is included in your
price" so you can fairly compare our offer with others. We have

4. We guarantee to provide free 24 hour telephone service on the
night of your hire in the unlikely event that anything
should go wrong, and we will do all that is humanly
possible to fix the problem or replace the equipment at no cost
to you (this does not cover malicious or intentional damage to the equipment).
5. We guarantee that if, through no fault of the hirer, the equipment
breaks down and we can't fix it or replace it on
the night we will refund your money in full and
offer another hire free of charge..
